Ornithology - Introduction to Birds


A 50-slide presentation meant to be used over 2 or 3 days with supplemental activities or games. Day one could be the morphology and day two could be the taxonomy, or it could be easily taught in three sessions. Lots of creative commons licensed images. Covers 10 common orders of birds, introductory anatomy, and morphology.

Introduction to science

For new classes or even new units, these presentations which include videos and activities are helpful for getting students into a scientific mindset.
The first is my favorite - "Thinking Like a Scientist." which includes two short videos. It is found at TpT for $1.00 Here:
